Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 well-beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 heaping tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 stick butter, beaten well
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 or 1/2 c. raisin
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Start with well-beaten eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
    Pour mixture into an unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust.
    Bake 45 minutes to an hour, or until pie \"sets\" and is a light golden brown.
    Cool before serving.
