Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries (4 c.)
2 large oranges (seedless)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cherry cordial
Preparation

Cut the unpeeled oranges into chunks.
Grind the cranberries and oranges together in a food mill.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours prior to serving.
