1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. quick oats
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together condensed milk and lemon juice until blended; stir in lemon rind.
