Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Vidalia onions
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 deep dish pastry shell
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Combine eggs and sour cream. Add seasonings and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and cook 20 minutes.
