Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
3 Tbsp. butter
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper
Preparation

Thaw broccoli.\tSaut onions and celery in butter, then add Cheez Whiz and cream of chicken soup. Simmer for a minute or so. Add salt and pepper. Mix rice, broccoli and cheese mixture in large bowl. Pour into large baking dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 10 servings.
