Kentucky Style Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. stew beef
2 cans tomatoes or 2 lb. fresh, peeled
1 large onion, diced
1 large bell pepper
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 c. celery, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. green beans
1 tsp. salt
1 small box macaroni
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook beef until tender.
Mix in vegetables.
Cook until tender.
Add macaroni;
cook until done.
Serve hot; best with corn bread.
Will feed 4 to 6.
