Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine margarine, vegetable oil and sugars in a large mixing bowl; beat well using electric mixer at medium speed.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in vanilla. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl; add gradually to creamed mixture, beating well.
