Cube Steaks Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. beef broth
    1 lb. cube steaks
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Heat oil in large (12-inch skillet) over moderate-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
    Saute steaks until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
    Reduce heat to moderate.
    Stir in beef broth and horseradish and bring to a boil.
    Serve immediately.
