Apple And Blue Cheese Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. each: heavy cream and oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    2 medium size red apples, cored and cut in 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes
    1 medium rib celery, sliced thin
    4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    apple wedges (for garnish, optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix well cream, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and paprika.
    Add cabbage, cubed apples, celery and cheese; toss to mix well.
    Garnish with apple wedges.
    Makes 6 servings.
