Clover Blossom Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. clover blossoms
    1 gal. boiling water
    3 oranges
    1 lemon
    3 lb. sugar
    2 tsp. yeast
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over clover blossoms.
    Cover tight, let stand 3 days.
    Add oranges and lemon, cut up, peels and all.
    Add sugar; cook 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat, let cool enough to add yeast.
    Cover tight for 1 week then strain and bottle.
