Cherry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 yellow or white cake mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine pie filling and cinnamon and extract.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cake mix over top.
    Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
