Mint Chocolate Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick cooking spray
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. reduced calorie regular vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/8 tsp. peppermint extract
    1/2 c. frozen whipped nondairy dessert topping (light)
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
    Set aside. In a small saucepan, combine water and margarine.
    Bring to boiling.
    Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
    Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition with a wooden spoon until mixture is shiny and smooth.
    Drop mixture into 8 mounds 3 inches apart on the baking sheet.
