Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. chicken broth
1/2 gal. milk
2 bunches broccoli
2 bunches green onions
8 oz. butter
6 oz. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
2 to 3 bay leaves
Preparation

Combine milk and broth.
Melt butter in large pan (big enough for everything).
Add onions and cook until tender.
Stir in flour.
Add milk mixture, slowly stirring with wire whip to mix well.
