Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream
1 lb. marshmallows
1 box graham crackers
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 qt. pecans or more
1 can coconut
1/4 lb. candied cherries
1/4 lb. candied pineapple
Preparation

Grate graham crackers until resembles crumbs or use in food processor. Put cream and marshmallows in large pot on low until marshmallows are melted. Add raisins, pecans, coconut, candied cherries and candied pineapple. Mix well and pack fruit cake in graham cracker box. Let sit in freezer for 12 hours. When serving, take out of freezer and serve. Whatever is left, put back in freezer. Can be kept in freezer up to a year.
