Aunt Peg'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1 slice onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1 (16 oz.) can crabmeat
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 egg
    3 slices bread, wet (good way to use up old rolls or bread)
Preparation
    Cook first 6 ingredients until celery and onion are tender. Remove from heat to cool slightly.
    Mix remaining ingredients. (Be sure to squeeze water out of bread.)
    Add margarine mixture; mix.
    Make patties and fry in oil or margarine until brown.
