Cheeseless Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 can crushed pineapple (sugarless)
    1 1/3 c. dry powdered milk
    4 pkg. sweetener (8 tsp.)
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup of the water (you can do this in microwave oven on High for 30 seconds; don't scorch.) Add everything in blender.
    Blend 4 or 5 minutes in blender.
    Pour in graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
    Top with cherry pie filling.
    One-quarter serving = 1 milk and 1 fruit.
