Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. Puritan oil
Preparation
    Put eggs, mustard, cream of tartar and lemon juice in blender pitcher.
    Blend 1 to 2 minutes until light yellow in color.
    Do not turn blender off; slowly drizzle in 1 cup oil.
    Blend until it looks thick.
    Refrigerate promptly.
