Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c all purpose flour
    2/3 c sugar
    2 tsp instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup mashed banana (ripe)
    1/3 c butter
    2 tsp milk
    2 eggs
    3/4 c chopped nuts (black walnuts give a unique flavor)
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup of flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and pudding.
    Add mashed banana and milk.
    Beat with mixer until blended and then for 2 more minutes.
    Add in eggs and the other 3/4 cup of flour.
    (mix) Add nuts (stir in with spoon).
    Bake in loaf pan about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes then remove from pan and continue cooling on wire rack.
