Fairy Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. In large mixing bowl, beat butter; add powdered sugar and 1 cup sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add oil, eggs and almond extract. Beat until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients, beating on medium speed until combined.
    May have to mix by hand if too stiff. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
