Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Chop 4 c. apples
2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and 1 tsp. vanilla.
(Walnuts can be added-optional.)
