Cream Of Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. corn
    1 slice onion or 2 Tbsp.
    5 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat corn, onion and
    2
    cups
    milk
    to
    scalding.
    Melt butter. Blend in flour and
    add
    remaining milk gradually, stirring constantly. Heat to boiling and cook for
    3 minutes.
    Put corn in blender; blend at low speed.
    Add to white sauce and season.
    Very good!
    Serves 8.
