Ingredients

1 lb. salt-free softened butter
2 c. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
6 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips or 2 c. macadamia nuts and 2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars together.
Beat vanilla and eggs by hand for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add to creamed mixture, then add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips or nuts and coconut.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool on wire racks.
