Easy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion-mushroom soup mix
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; put in baking dish.
Bake in the microwave 12 minutes on High or until done, turning dish occasionally.
Can also be cooked in conventional oven for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
