Ingredients

2 boxes lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
2 c. hot water
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
finely chopped nuts, cherries or blueberries
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Beat in ice cream, one spoonful at a time.
Beat in cream cheese.
Stir in pineapple.
Pour into mold and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with nuts, cherries or berries.
Refrigerate for several hours.
