Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 T. uncooked rice
    1 qt. milk
    3 T. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 t. salt
    1 t. vanilla
    Cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine rice, milk and margarine and boil for 1 hour in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Mix together the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla and stir into the hot mixture. Pour into an oven-safe dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes with the pan set in hot water. Stir once after 15 minutes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Raisins can be added.
