Pecan Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 c. ground pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix sugar and oleo; gradually add sifted flour.
Stir in pecans, vanilla and nutmeg.
Shape into size of pecan in palm of hand.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done, not brown.
When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
I cook these slower than 325\u00b0.
Use lots of powdered sugar to roll them in.
