Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 to 15 slices bread (white or whole wheat)
3 c. or 1 lb. pkg. ham, bacon or sausage
1/2 lb. or more shredded Cheddar cheese
6 to 8 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
Preparation

Trim crusts from bread slices, if desired. Lightly butter bread on both sides and cut into cubes. Brown chopped ham, bacon or sausage and place on bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Place the cubed bread on top of the meat. Put the shredded cheese on top of the bread. Beat the eggs until foamy. Add the pepper, dry mustard and milk. Stir well and pour over the meat, bread and cheese. Add some extra shredded cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 60 minutes.
