Paul Newman Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 jar butterscotch/caramel ice cream topping
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    3 Heath bars
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch metal pan.
    When done, remove cake from oven and poke holes in top of cake.
    Pour condensed milk over cake and allow to cool.
    Spread topping over cake when cooled.
    Top with Cool Whip. Break up Heath bars and sprinkle on top.
    Then refrigerate.
