Pistachio Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box butter cake mix
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 box (small) pistachio pudding (instant)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients and set aside.
Then mix remaining ingredients.
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Put 1/4 of cake mixture on bottom of each pan, then add 1/4 cinnamon mixture, 1/4 cake mixture and top with rest of cinnamon mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
