Toasted Coconut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. toasted coconut
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, well between
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix milk, egg, oil and vanilla together.
Add dry ingredients; stir.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour until tester comes out clean.
Great sliced and toasted.
