Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
Preparation

Mix oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla well.
Add flour, pecans and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes (13 x 9-inch pan). While hot, spread marshmallow cream on top.
