Terrific Tex-Mex Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    1 lb. drained cooked chickpeas
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    20 small pitted black olives (sliced)
    1/4 c. reduced calorie Catalina dressing (18 calories per Tbsp.)
    1 small jalapeno pepper, diced (optional)
    1 1/2 oz. shredded reduced calorie Cheddar cheese
    1 oz. corn chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except corn chips, tossing well to cover with dressing.
    Transfer to large serving tray.
    Surround with corn chips.
    Makes 4 servings.
