Swiss Vegetable Medley Casserole(Ready To Bake In 5 Minutes.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese or Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, sour cream and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer, so cheese will melt. Serves 6.
