Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer or 4 chicken breasts (save broth)
    2 c. reserved broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Cool and remove from bone, discarding bone and skin.
    Save broth.
    Cut chicken into small pieces and place in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
    In a saucepan, bring to boil the broth and chicken soup.
    Pour it over the chicken.
    In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, buttermilk, and melted margarine.
    Mix well and pour the batter over the top of the chicken and broth.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown on top.
