Rhubarb Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. thick cooked rhubarb
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix shortening, egg, syrup, sugar and rhubarb together.
    Add all but last 3 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Then add coconut, raisins and nuts.
    Mix well and chill. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie pan.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
