Ingredients

2 c. whole beets or sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Place beets in greased casserole dish.
Mix flour, salt and sugar together.
Combine with butter, water, orange juice and lemon juice.
Cook until thick, about 5 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Pour over beets and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
