Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 nice bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

This bread can safely
be
baked
in wide-mouth canning jars and when sealed
immediately
upon removing from oven, it will keep on the shelf for up to one year.
