Fishmarket'S Grilled Amberjack(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Amberjack (1/2-inch thick)
    lemon pepper seasoning
    2 oz. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter blend (60% margarine, 40% butter)
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic or garlic salt
Preparation
    Preheat oil in iron skillet.
    Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper. Place fish in hot skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
    Put lemon pepper on other side when turned.
    Combine lemon juice, butter, oregano and garlic and heat in microwave.
    Drizzle over fish when done.
    Serve with pasta or rice and salad.
    Yummy!
