Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place pork chops in baking pan laying flat (not on top of each other).
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over pork chops.
    Cover with foil and place in refrigerator for 2 hours, then bake, covered, with the foil for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and pour off liquid, then brown the chops about 15 minutes or until as brown as you'd like.
