Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In one bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In another bowl, combine liquids and eggs.
Add flour mixture to liquids and stir just until batter is smooth.
Do not overbeat.
Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield:
8 or 9 servings.
