Golden Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
