Peanut Butterscotchers(Melted Butterscotch Morsels On Top!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 unbeaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rinds
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
    Melt butter in saucepan; remove from heat.
    Add sugar and milk.
    Blend well. Blend in eggs; beat well.
    Stir in dry ingredients and lemon rind and mix well.
    Pour into 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, greased and floured on bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool. Spread with topping.
    Let stand until set.
    Makes 36 cookies.
