Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 green bell pepper, cut into rings
1 tomato, sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Arrange fish on an ungreased baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Top with bell pepper rings and tomato slices. Pour lemon juice and oil over this.
Cover.
Cook on 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook for 15 minutes longer.
