Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, add bell pepper and onion.
    Saute 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, beans and rice.
    Simmer until liquid is slightly reduced.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
    Serve over Frito chips.
