Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. water
    5 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast\tin
    lukewarm
    water
    into a bowl.
    Sift flour into yeast\tand
    water and stir until all flour is dampened. Knead on
    floured
    board for 1 minute or 2; roll out to desired thickness
    and
    cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 or 15 minutes.
    Dough can be placed in refrigerator and used up to a week later.
