Jalapeno Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 c. tomatoes, washed and quartered
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 to 3 c. jalapeno peppers, sliced thin or chopped or 8 oz. jar purchased jalapenos (save liquid and use in place of vinegar, if more flavor desired)
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together the ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, until done.
    Place meatballs on paper towels to drain; set aside.
