Halibut Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    4-6 Potatoes
    1 Medium Onion
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    3 c. Cheddar Cheese (Sharp)
    3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
    1 c. Sliced Carrots
    2 c. Fish (Diced)
    1/2 c. Flour
    1/2 c. Green Pepper (Diced)
    1/2 c. Red Pepper (Diced)
Preparation
    1. Boil water and bouillon.
    2. Add vegetables and turn down to simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Add fish and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Melt butter in large sauce pan, add flour and stir well adding milk slowly. Stir CONSTANTLY ! until thick.
    5. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until cheese
    melts.
    6. Mix vegetables and sauce together.
    7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
