Constipation Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. prunes
    1 lb. figs
    1 lb. raisins
    1 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 oz. senna tea (from health food store)
Preparation
    Grind prunes, figs and raisins in blender.
    Steep tea in one pint of boiling water for twenty minutes.
    Strain.
    Cook ground fruit with lemon juice and brown sugar 5 minutes in senna tea.
