Chicken With Broccoli And Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 lb. broccoli
    7 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cashews or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sherry, ginger and chicken in small bowl. Mix and let stand 10 minutes.
