Crock-Pot Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except evaporated milk, in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir in milk during last hour.
    If desired, mash potatoes with masher before serving.
